Robbin and the team went above and beyond to deliver a free wood chip/mulch drop. I sent pictures of where to drop, we talked through specific requests, and they took so much care in leaving the mulch so my neighbor was still able to park, not blocking the sidewalk, protecting the surrounding native plants and put the pile exactly when they said they would. I needed a lot of mulch to take extra care of a dog’s sensitive health needs and Robbin offered to periodically check in to make sure I have what I need and has followed through. Considering this is the level of professionalism, care, and excellent customer service for a client getting free mulch, I would go to them in a heartbeat for any tree project needs. Highly recommend.

The crew arrived on time and was one of the hardest working crews I have ever seen. The owner and those in the business office were available and responsive to all my questions throughout the job. Companies work hard for their reviews, and these guys definitely earned this review. The communication was top-notch & Their Sawyer was timely polite and just a generally nice guy. The work was relatively dangerous it was overhanging a garage and it was about 50 ft up. The operators confidence and professional rigging made every branch land safely to the ground. I Absolutely recommend this group. I will definitely refer Setare Trees when I'm asked for any difficult tree removal.

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. The owner, Amber Navarrette, came out to take a look at a tree that fell on our property, as well as one additional tree of concern. Amber is so knowledgeable! We have had trees taken down, or cleaned up after for the past several years and this was the best experience we have ever had. The crew on-site is polite, fast, and cleaned up the property really well. We won't be calling anyone else for any future needs! Well done!
